The location was good, a short walk to Gammage Auditorium. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Beds were comfortable.
The bathtub was peeling and had been patched several times. Looked unsightly.

The mid-century decor was captivating.

Bed was comfortable. Convenient to asu.
Internet access did not work - spent 45 minutes on the phone with tech support who could not get me connected. Also, ridiculously loud street noise. Also, very loud ac noise that clicked on and off all night.

Location to ASU
Shower did not work right and had to change rooms because the bathroom got flooded. No chairs on balcony. Limited television stations. One station had no sound. Nothing to do at the hotel.

We visited the Desert Botanical Garden and hiked at Papago Park. The rooms were clean, and it's just a short walk to ASU. The pet-friendly policy is nice, and the on-site restaurant had good options too. Recommended if you plan to explore the area!
The A/C was super loud at night, which disturbed some sleep.

Across the street from ASU. Next to the Gammage Theater and close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and hike up "A" mountain.

Although the building is past it's prime, it's kept clean and repaired.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the room and corridors were well-maintained, although here's a bit of wear and tear on the old Ho-Jo'S.The shuttle to the airport went very well and there's easy access to the asu campus. Zoe, the manager-entertainer-bartender, was very pleasant and informative about the area.
One really needs an automobile to get around, and what public transportation there is isn't very informative.

It is right next to the ASU campus. All rooms have a balcony. Nice patio/garden by the pool and under the orange trees, which were in full bloom in March. Complementary shuttle from airport and within a 3 mile radius.
The decor is institutional at best and a bit run down. It is not that it isn't clean but perhaps they overdo the Febreeze. There is no kitchen in the hotel, so you have to order from IHOP if you want breakfast. You need to pay for wireless internet in your room.

Very nice and helpful front desk staff; I like the setup of the desk in the room, power outlets, and in-room coffee.

I had a fairly nice experience here, everything was good, the location was ideal close to great restaurants, and college campus's. The staff was very very helpful, really made a difference to my trip. I booked a well-kept room with satellite TV, climate control and a personal safe.
